Caribbean Queen has been in business for two years both of which have been as a vendor at the City Market. Twenty percent of all Caribbean Queens sales are committed to "Hearts and Hands" missions (501.63) serving Jamaican and Haitian Children.Caribbean Queen is a table sauce to serve on grilled chicken, shrimp, wings, ribs and even burgers. Patricia's product has the authentic taste of a Jamaican jerk sauce, while satisfying the American pallet with a sweet less hot sauce. Caribbean Queen also offers a wonderful Jamaican rub.
